1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WooPlugins products and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
WooPlugins provides premium WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, including but not limited to Woo CRM Pro, Woo Loyalty Pro, and Woo SEO Pro. Our Services include software downloads, updates, technical support, and documentation.
3. Account Registration
To purchase and use our plugins, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin(s) on the number of sites specified by your plan. This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.
- Monthly plans: License is valid month-to-month and renews automatically.
- Annual plans: License is valid for 12 months and renews automatically.
- Lifetime plans: License is valid indefinitely for the purchased version and includes updates.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any plugin
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our plugins
- Use our plugins for any unlawful purpose
- Share your license key with unauthorized third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
6. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase per our Refund Policy.
8. Support
Active subscribers receive technical support via email. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours during business days. Support includes help with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, or server configuration.
9. Updates
Active subscribers receive all plugin updates, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Updates are delivered through the WordPress admin dashboard. We reserve the right to discontinue a plugin with 90 days advance notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All plugins, code, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of WooPlugins. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.
11. Limitation of Liability
WooPlugins is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our plugins. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
