1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 days of your initial purchase date
- This is your first purchase of the product
- The product has not been used to generate revenue or deployed in a production environment beyond testing
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your WooPlugins account
- Visit the Contact page and select "Billing Question" as the subject
- Include your order number and the reason for your refund request
We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Subscription Renewals
For subscription renewals (monthly or annual):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date
- Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date
- After 7 days, renewal charges are non-refundable but your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development or configuration services
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Repeat refund requests for the same product
5. License Deactivation
Upon processing a refund:
- Your license key will be deactivated immediately
- You must remove the plugin from all sites within 7 days
- Access to updates and support will be revoked
6. Disputes
If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
